This darling cottage in the south side community of Koloa provides the authentic atmosphere of old Hawaii. Quaint/charming Surf cottage! Indoors and outdoors blend easily with sliding glass doors to a spacious deck with living and dining areas and a big grill for barbecues. Shower under the nice poipu sky in the outdoor lava rock shower provides a uniquely tropical experience set amidst the flowering native foliage. (please note this is the only shower it's an enclosed private outdoor shower, see photos) Your interior living space is bright, cozy and filled with charm and comfort. The living room can easily accommodate a small group and the dining area has a table for four and a lovely built-in cabinet. New AC units installed June 2022! The kitchen is wonderfully pure vintage, with bright yellow and green details. A large pantry holds all your goodies. The family chef will be inspired to create a delicious meal in this most distinctive space. Two homey bedrooms will accommodate up to 4 for a restful nights sleep. Enjoy a relaxing out door shower while listening to the birds chirp out side! Be sure to make your way to old Koloa Town, to enjoy a delicious ice creamy treat at Lappert’s or a delicious pizza at open-air Pizzetta’s restaurant, with a view of the beautiful local greenery. If you have the chance, make it a point to go to the Koloa Farmers Market, for an incredibly singular experience you won’t soon forget! Everything is grown fresh on Kauai - be sure to buy a huge avocado for some homemade guacamole.
