It is located in the souterrain of our detached house and has direct access to the garden. Quiet location. Perfect for walks with views over the guest floor or for excursions to nearby St. Englmar. Also the beautiful town of Straubing is reachable in 20 minutes by car. Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the monastery village "Windberg". Walk through the historic village center and feel the medieval charm of the historic buildings. Our ****star apartment with 77 square meters of living space over two floors (basement) can accommodate 2 people. The living room with additional sofa bed, XXL reading chair and a flat-screen TV invites you to linger. A spacious workspace with free Wi-Fi and an inductive charger for your smartphone is also part of the service. The luxurious box spring bed ensures relaxing nights. Both from the living room and from the bedroom, you can enjoy the direct access to the garden and a view of nature. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, XXL stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is small but nice. Here you will find a bathtub, a separate rainforest shower, a towel dryer, a towel dryer, a mirror cabinet with a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer. To clean your clothes, you will find in the laundry room for your sole use. Iron/ ironing board and drying rack are provided. In summer you can enjoy direct access from the kitchen to the terrace. The table group invites you to eat on the terrace. A small contact grill is at your disposal here. In spring/ summer the pavilion can also be used in the garden with two garden loungers.
