Book now for a unique countryside retreat! The space We wanted to make this retreat a unique experience and built it with used materials - old barn tin and lots of used wood with beautiful patina. An old beautiful barn door covers the entrance to the bathroom. We are in the country, so you will always see lots and lots of deer and probably many other animals. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire area inside the fences surrounding the house. Other things to note No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a smart lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Important note: The stairs to the loft are unusually steep which was necessary because of the small floor plan. If anyone in your party has trouble with climbing stairs, they may need to plan to sleep on the couch on the lower level. 2 TVs are installed - one upstairs and one downstairs. They are equipped with ROKU devices and you are welcome to sign in to your own streaming accounts while here. The Rokus are also how you will access cable tv channels if you desire - through the Spectrum app. The included coffee maker is a Keurig. Coffee is not provided. There is an outdoor charcoal grill provided but you will need to provide your own charcoal, lighter fluid and matches/lighter. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per pet, and we ask that you leave cash or check for the pet fee with the keys upon checkout.
