With balconies on 2 sides of the condo, you'll enjoy the serenity of the beach and the activity of Carolina Beach Ave on opposite ends of the same unit. We are able to offer guaranteed parking for 1, visitor availability (shared between all condos) for a second vehicle. We have 2 parking passes available in the unit for you! Also, there are metered-spots available at a nearby public parking lot that guests can pay for. Other things to note Our condo is part of a 6-unit building, while there might be occasional sounds between units and from the stairwell, rest assured that it's at a typical level for condo buildings. Being on the first floor grants you easy access to the beach! There is also regularly scheduled monthly pest treatments (usually the 2nd Wednesday of every month) that requires the licensed pest control company representative to come into the unit. We will do our best to remind you the morning of treatments that the company will be coming by. You do not need to be present for the 2-4 minute treatment, but we like to tell you ahead of time! Carolina Beach and the boardwalk are home to many local small businesses that love showing our Southern hospitality to visitors including everything from fresh ground coffee and doughnuts to surf lessons in the Atlantic and hiking at the Carolina Beach State Park (less than 8 minutes from the Seahawks' Nest)!
