Guesthouse sits behind the host’s home in the historic Newton Booth neighborhood in midtown. A family friendly and fantastic location, just off the freeway. Walk to the Natural Food Coop, coffee shop, bars/restaurants, Sutter's Fort, area parks, and public transit. Within 2 miles: Capitol building, Convention Center, Golden 1 Arena, art museum. Day trip to SF, Napa, Tahoe. The space When you stay with us we are walking distance to award winning Temple Coffee or make your own with the Keurig in the kitchen. We are an animal loving family with two rescue pugs and two indoor cats. There is a fenced in area for your dog’s use. Don't forget San Francisco, Napa and Tahoe are only two hours away Guest access This is a separate guest home behind the host's own residence. Guests have access to laundry facilities in the garage. There is free on street parking and you will receive a guest pass to use for the duration of your stay.
