Sunset Park is next door-perfect for catching a beautiful Florida Keys sunset. The space This two bedroom condo is located on the second floor and is accessed by one flight of stairs, as the building does not have an elevator. The unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds in one room and a king size bed in the other room. It offers a SmartTV and reliable WiFi for your convenience and entertainment. The fully renovated bathroom features a modern, clean design with updated tile flooring, a sleek glass-enclosure walk-in shower, rainfall shower head, and contemporary fixtures. The unit does not include a bathtub. We take pride in maintaining our condos to the highest standards of cleanliness so every guest arrives to a fresh, spotless space. Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp linens are provided upon arrival for your comfort and convenience. There is a laundry facility located outside the building for all guest use, equipped with two washers and two dryers. Our units do no have washers and dryers inside. Free on-site parking is available for all gusts; however, parking for boats and trailers is not permitted. We look forward to providing you with a relaxing and enjoyable Florida Keys stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property's private oceanfront beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool, and grassy areas perfect for relaxing by the water. Sunset Park is located right next door and is a favorite spot for enjoying the beautiful Florida Keys sunsets. The property is conveniently located just minutes from Publix grocery store, local restaurants, and many popular activities including boating, fishing, snorkeling, and exploring the Florida Keys. Other things to note The dive shop at Captain Hooks (5 mins from condo) operates daily snorkel and scuba trips out to Sombrero Lighthouse and Coffins Patch sanctuary. Both are easy dives for even the novice snorkeler and you will be rewarded with an amazing experience. Bring a bag of Lays Chips and you'll have the yellowtails eating right out of your hand! If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the property and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery. If you have interest in fishing The Marathon Lady takes two trips daily and provides all fishing gear. It’s very affordable and you’ll have a blast catching fish and being out on the water. The mates will clean your fish after the trip and all 3 of our restaurants will cook your catch (usually 3-4 different ways in one sitting). Of course you can always cook at the condo or out on the beach at one of the two propane BBQ grills.
