Guest suite located in the heart of downtown Boulder's historic Whittier Neighborhood! Walking distance to Pearl Street, restaurants & shopping. Close to the University of Colorado. The space Guests have full access to a clean and well furnished basement including separate entrance, sitting area, desk, eating area and bar. Amenities include, counter-height refrigerator, and coffee maker/coffee station. There is a TV with blu-ray player and selection of disks. The bar area is equipped with basic supplies for coffee and tea. The bedroom is on the south-facing end of the house with an adjoining bathroom. The living area is spacious with bar area suitable for socializing. If you are traveling with bikes or other equipment, let me know and we can put it in the locked garage. We also have laundry and fully equipped kitchen upstairs if you need additional supplies (e.g. putting something in freezer or oven). Guest access Full access to a clean and well furnished basement with bedroom and private bath, living room area, bar/dining, and office work area. We have a laundry room and full kitchen upstairs that are available to guests upon request. Most find the space well-equipped for short term stays. Other things to note The entrance to the basement is through my backyard. I have a dog and a cat.
