The space Nestled on the 2nd floor of a condo (please note: no elevator), our space is fresh from a makeover. Up a quaint spiral staircase, the queen bedroom beckons, while the living room offers a brand-new sleeper sofa. Together, they ensure a snug fit for four, all wrapped in luxurious hotel-grade linens for a dreamy slumber. Functionality meets style in this apartment, featuring a spacious storage closet, a cozy dining area set for four, a fully-equipped kitchen, and essential appliances like a washer and dryer. Whether you're logging in for work or gearing up for a movie night, our high-speed WiFi and sizable smart TV are at your service. Additionally, there is free parking and a shared outdoor pool! Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) No Pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 7) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
