Our house comes with a private pool and SPA (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances, cookware, utensils, pans, plates, cups, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable couch, a dining area and 2 arcades with multiple games. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor. It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. • We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it.
