Enjoy your stay at our tastefully furnished and fully stocked condo in Downtown Vancouver with air conditioning. Plenty of amenities just a short 10 minute walk to skytrain rapid transit, Rogers Arena & BC Place Stadium for concerts and games, bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from our 8th floor balcony or on the building's 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio which you'll have access to during your stay. The space New modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee & coffee maker, french press, blender, kettle, etc. Dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" smart TV, and a large closet. We have a portable AC machine in the living area which is large enough to cool the entire unit including the bedrooms. Guest access With an automated check in process you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the common area rooftop patio on floor 11. Other things to note Please note that our parking stall is a standard size.
