From us you can start directly to many hikes and activities. Shopping facilities (Lidl, drugstore, bakery) and bus stop are within walking distance. In just 5 minutes by car you are in the center of Freyung. Dog owners have the opportunity to enjoy nature with their four-legged friends between meadows, forests and fields on extensive walks from the front door/garden door. Numerous, well-signposted hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. Our vacation home with a small, fenced garden and beautiful covered terrace is for your exclusive use and has - approx. 210 sqm of living space in a split-level construction (offset living levels) - pets allowed - baby bed available on request Ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom, separate toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area with space for up to 9 people Living level -1: Cozy living room with pellet stove and access to the covered terrace with lounge furniture, garden grill (charcoal available) and completely fenced small garden with heated hot tub and swimming pool Living level 1: 1 single room with large box spring bed and balcony 1 double room with double box spring bed and balcony Living level 2: 1 double room with double box spring bed (baby cot available on request) 1 bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower and toilet Living level 3: 1 twin room with separate box spring beds Living level 4: 1 double room with double box spring bed Living level -2: 1 wellness room with infrared cabin, shower and sink, heating room, laundry and drying room (room for skis and winter clothing), carport and parking space for other vehicles Other things to note Arrival from 3 pm Departure is until 10 am The number code for the entrance door will be communicated by email a few days before arrival. You will receive the key upon arrival. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per animal/night The visitor's tax is for persons from the age of 16 years of age is EUR 2.00 For children and adolescents from the 6th to the 16th years of age, the visitor's tax is EUR 1.00 Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge. From 01/01/2023, the visitor's tax per adult is EUR 3.00/day and for children over 6 years EUR 1.50/day
