Other things to note - As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years old or older, and must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period. - The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to mail us photo of their ID (USA driving license or Passport) - Please provided us information about your trip and your guest before booking. - No special event or parties at anytime. - No pets are allowed without prior consent from the house owner. - If at anytime the maximum number of occupancy is exceeded or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500. - If any sign of smoking is discovered inside the house the guest authorizes the owner to charge the minimum fee of $500 - Waiver of liability agreement will have to be sign before check in Pool is heated to 82 degrees from November till April
