The space The 80 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator, with an independent entrance from the street: it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, kettle, toaster and electric oven - Living area with dining table and single sofa bed - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, split AC, TV, sofa and armchairs - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Terrace with access from the kitchen (small flight of eight steps), equipped with table and chairs x4.
