Sleeps up to 6 - 4 Bedrooms, 3 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Queen Futon, 1.5 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic lockbox using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
