“Sunfair Salvation” Secluded cottage with hot tub

This private and secluded cottage is waiting just for you. Sunrise and sunset views are gorgeous and unobstructed. Explore and unwind, then take a dip in the hot tub to soak in all of the stars at night. This adorable yet modern cottage will welcome you and keep you feeling at home, while you enjoy private sweeping views of Joshua Tree. The space Joshua Tree offers a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal daily life with its beautiful scenery, great hikes, antique shops, unique art shops, and amazing nighttime sky! A relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking and enjoying the great outdoors in the area is the perfect way to unwind. While you gaze up at the stars and let your worries melt away, you will truly appreciate the vastness of the universe and the solitude of this unique desert gem that we like to call Sunfair Salvation. We are located just a few miles outside the town of Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree National Park, which offers awesome hikes with some of the most incredible natural scenery to be found anywhere. Other neighboring towns are Yucca Valley, Landers, Pioneer Town and 29 Palms, all of which offer unique art shops/galleries and antique shops as well as a wide variety of food choices. The home is a cozy one bedroom with with a full kitchen and amenities such as hot tub, bbq grill, WiFi, flat screen in TVs in living room and bedroom keep you entertained and connected while you enjoy your escape. The house itself is small (480 sq ft) but is situated on 1.25 acres and completely fenced in. NOTE: As with many areas in Joshua Tree, this house is located ON A DIRT ROAD - but the seclusion, privacy, and the views are definitely worth it! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property. Full use of kitchen, bathroom, Living area, bedroom, closet, entertainment center etc. Full use of the Hot Tub, the propane BBQ and outdoor hammock (stored in bedroom closet while not in use) Other things to note CHECK-IN is at 4pm and CHECK-OUT is at 11am. This is high season so NO EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK OUTS available at this time. Our housekeepers need this entire time to ensure the sanitation of the house. Thank you PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH PET FEE Please note there is a $50 pet companion fee. If you wish to bring a pet, please make sure this is included when booking :) AIR MATTRESS FEE. (There is no sofa bed) There is a $20 fee for use of the air mattress, in the event that it is used during a 1 or 2 person occupancy. This covers cleaning cost. $100 CHARGE FOR LEAVING SPA EXCESSIVELY DIRTY OR LOW IN WATER. THIS COVERS EMERGENCY SPA MAINTENANCE.
