MareSuites Ayangue: Rooftop Pool with a View

In this complex you will have security because you are inside a closed citadel, a private beach just a minute from the house without leaving the development, the peace and quiet of Ayangue. The space *Despite the blackouts, at MareSuites we did not run out of drinking water service*. The complex was built in February 2021 on a plot of 300 square meters, located within a gated community, it is located on a rock 25 meters above sea level. Inside the development there are two private beaches with exclusive access for residents: Playita Mia and Playa La Leona. The house has two fully independent suites located on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find the 70 m2 patio fully covered with synthetic grass, where we also have a BBQ area with a sink, outdoor dining set and a garden umbrella! The BBQ and patio are lit so you can enjoy your barbecues even at night. In front of the suites, we have a decorative courtyard with a small vertical garden ideal for your photos. On the terrace you can enjoy a lovely view towards the Bay of Ayangue, a swimming pool on the second floor to enjoy the sunset more intimately, a themed marine bar with a roof and a glass washer to enjoy your drinks, an outdoor shower and a half bathroom. We offer you two very comfortable suites. Each has two rooms: the master bedroom with two double beds and the full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, BBQ utensils, a pot and pan, and a small dining area. It also has a large private bathroom with hot running water. It is important to mention that the entire complex has WiFi and free parking inside the citadel at the foot of the house. Guest access Guests can enjoy the pool with a privileged view of the Bay, as it is located on the terrace, where they can spend a pleasant time with their companions. Additionally, you have access to Playita Mía, which is five minutes away. A beach with exclusive access for the inhabitants of La Ciudadela.
