212 Glitter Bay Barbados 2 bed apartment

Glitter Bay is a luxury beachfront apartment resort on the West Coast of Barbados. Sunset is a beautiful two bedroom apartment virtually on the beach offering 1300 sq. ft. of living area with comfortable furnishings including air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace which offers additional seating with views of the resort’s landscaped tropical gardens and large pool. Our wonderful House Manager Susan will be there to meet you personally and throughout. The space Our apartment is spacious, bright, and has wonderful views over the gardens and swimming pool. We have recently upgraded the furniture on the large terrace making those lazy days even more enjoyable. We have a dining table that seats 6 persons comfortably and the improved lighting makes the evenings on the terrace a truly excellent experience. Wi fi speed is excellent, we have Smart TV in the lounge. The TV in the lounge and master bedroom has all the UK channels, all UK sport and a video library consisting of over 250 movies. We love families staying at our apartment and we make no charges for high chairs or cribs. Laundry is no problem either, as we have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Ironing service available at 30 BDS per hour Maid service is provided twice per week, normally on a Tuesday and Friday, but you can discuss this with Susan. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 10% ROOM LEVY CHARGE BY THE BARBADOS GOVERNMENT ADDED TO YOUR NIGHTLY RATE. THIS IS SHOWN AS A COMMUNITY CHARGE Guest access Glitter Bay Beach is regarded by most people as the best beach on the Island. You will have your own reserved sun loungers throughout your stay, and we can highly recommend the bar and restaurant. Lunch and drinks can be served at your sunlounger or by the pool,and in the evening you can can hire a barbecue at the bar for an intimate supper or for entertaining. The staff, throughput the resort are efficient, professional, but above all, they are the friendliest people you could ever want to meet. There is a brilliant new supermarket opened recently in Holetown which can be reached by bus or taxi. You can also walk, it takes about 20 mins, but it’s hot!! Other things to note The West Coast of Barbados has some of the best restaurants in the world and they are only a short journey from Glitter Bay, either drive yourself or call our wonderful taxi driver Perry who will always look after you. Our favourite is the Beach House which is opposite the Massey supermarket,but, whatever you do, do go there for Sunday lunch, it’s a fabulous experience and such good fun
