Failure to do so can result in a reservation cancellation due to a violation of the House Rules and no reimbursement of booking fees. This is a STRICT policy that can not be waived. A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $150 credit card hold which is released at check-out if there are no outstanding charges. This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation. This is NOT obligatory. On occasion, resorts will shut down certain amenities for variety reasons (e.g., weather, repairs, renovations). It is the guests responsibility to contact the resort directly prior to making a booking/reservation to confirm that any specific amenity is not affected during the period of the stay.
