Modern 1 bedroom garage guest suite

Our cosy garage suite with shower room has its own entrance (via an up and over garage door), a working space with fast wifi speeds and a TV with streaming services ONLY including Netflix. It is perfect for short stays, ideal for anyone working at William Harvey Hospital or crossing too or from Europe. 8 minute drive to Ashford International Train Station with high speed rail networks to London 7 minutes to Ashford Designer Outlet It is located just off of the M20 junction 10. The space Our small garage guest suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door giving you privacy and security. We do have a little one so please bare this in mind when booking that you may hear us occasionally. It has a double bed and upon request also a folding single bed ideal for a child. Please note - This space is not big enough for 3 adults. There is a private shower room with toilet as well as a small lobby area with basic amenities including microwave and kettle with tea & coffee making facilities as well as a working desk area. There is also a fridge and water dispenser in the garage which can be used by guests. Private entrance (via up and over garage door leading initially into our garage but then entering the guest suite) and access to the shared garden. Guest access to Netflix and WiFi. The garage can also be used for safe storage including motorbikes, roof boxes etc if required. Guest access Garage guest suite is attached to our main family home but separated by a locked internal door giving you privacy and security. Please note: entry is via an up and over garage door and through the garage to get to the cozy but modern guest suite. Entry into the garage can be a little stiff but please let us know if you have any issues :) Other things to note - The guest suite is attached to the main house but a locked door keeps it private and separate - the initial entry is via our garage which then leads into the guest suite . The garage can be used to store your own items, bikes, luggage, motorbikes etc - We cannot guarantee a silent stay due to this being our home but we try our best to vacate the room closest to your area to minimise any noise from our little one - Heating for this space is via an electric heater - There are no washing up facilities at this time, a SMALL sink for washing hands is located in the shower room. However please ask and we would be happy to wash up any cutlery and crockery for you should you wish - A kettle is available with tea and coffee making facilities along with a microwave and fridge - Unfortunately the washing machine and dryer is not for guest use
