In the heart of Litchfield County, 5 minutes from Lake Waramaug, wineries, hiking trails, antiquing, & great restaurants. Enjoy walks on country roads by day & evenings by the fire-pit. Access to Warren Beach. The space The house is clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax. A large portion is newly renovated with new furnishings & everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. Outdoor areas for relaxing, dining, grilling while listening to the babbling brook. 5 minutes from Lake Waramaug & Warren Town Beach (extra fee for permit granted through Warren Town Hall). Guest access The garage will be accessible for trash/recycling removal. No on street parking allowed in Warren. The wood shop will not be available for guest usage. An extra fee can be paid to allow beach access to Lake Waramaug during the summer. Other things to note This is a quiet (why we love it!), family oriented neighborhood. No loud parties or gatherings. No pets allowed. Permit for Warren Town Beach available with rental agreement via Warren Town Hall (fee applicable).
