A 1 bedroom house in the heart of Raglan. A 10-minute walk to town, or 10 minute walk to the harbour beach, everything you want in Raglan is close by. Fully self-contained with your own private entrance, the house is quiet & comfortable. It is perfect for couples and/or singles to get away and experience the unique relaxed vibe of Raglan with it's beautiful beaches, incredible scenery and epic views. Raglan also has great shopping/dining/art & adventure experiences for you to enjoy! The space Separate bedroom & bathroom including shower with an open plan living space. The studio has an independent carpark space with private access. Towels, toiletries and all bed linen is supplied. The kitchen has two cooking elements, fridge, jug and toaster. Tea, herbal teas, coffee and milk are provided. The lounge TV can be used for Freeview, Netflix, Spotify and other streaming services. The seperate bedroom is spacious with a Queen bed. There is also an outdoor balcony. The open lounge zone has a single bed available for an extra guest. Please note, there is a skylight directly above the bed and 2 of the kitchen windows have no blinds. Although the space is private it may not be suitable for anyone sleeping who requires complete darkness. There are two heaters available as needed for you to use for winter & a fan for summer use. Access to this space is with a key. The main house is next door and contact is not expected during your stay. This space is designated as exclusively for guests so your privacy is very much respected. Please note Pepe puss cat lives in the main house and may call in to visit. She responds to the word ‘out’. Also to note, this is not a party space. Please be respectful of our neighbourhood with no loud noise after 10pm. Guest access The guest space is self-contained and separate from the rest of the house. You have your own car park and entrance. Other things to note Smart TV available with Netflix, Freeview, Spotify and other streaming services including unlimited Wi-Fi. Please note, there is no microwave.
