The Cozy Condo

Great condo for game weekends, or for enjoying Athens without having to drive everywhere. About 3/4 mile walk to 5 Points, where there is dining, grocery store, coffee shops, bakery, etc. We are 1.4 miles to Sanford Stadium. In addition to being walkable, we are also on the UGA and City bus routes. There are two bedrooms; one has a queen bed with a trundle (twin), and the other has a king bed. Pullout couch downstairs in living room for additional sleeping space. The space Window air units are in the bedrooms (upstairs), with central air downstairs.
