LOMBARDIA40 LUXURY SUITES is located just 700 meters from the Spanish Steps. Renovated in December 2018, the suite (no.6) is about 20 sqm and is furnished with fine finishes and equipped with every comfort. Inside Suite #6 you will find: • SMART LED TV 40" • Queen bed (160 x 200 cm) - with laundry and sterilized linens • Kettle • Heating • Mini fridge • Air conditioning • Wi-Fi connection • Private bathroom equipped with - Spacious shower - Hairdryer - Towels and complimentary sets Guest access In addition to Suite No.6 with private bathroom, you will have access to a common area. THE USE OF THE KITCHEN IS NOT ALLOWED. During your stay I am always available for any need or advice Other things to note TO WELCOME YOU IN THE BEST WAY AND TO ENSURE YOU A QUALITY SERVICE, PLEASE • CONFIRM your ARRIVAL TIME, the MEANS BY WHICH YOU WILL ARRIVE and the FLIGHT NUMBER AT LEAST 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL • PROMPTLY COMMUNICATE ANY TIME CHANGE • CHECK-INS after 10:00 pm will have an additional cost of €30, to be paid on site • CHECK-IN after 24:00 will have an additional cost of Euro 50, to be paid on site. • Early check-in is only possible if there is no check-out on the day of your arrival. If there is a check-out or for other reasons it is not possible to check in early, you can leave your bags with us from 10:30 am and return at a different time. We will always try to meet you, as far as possible. :) • Tourist tax of the Municipality of Rome mandatory to be paid on check-in : -€ 3.5 per person, per night.
