Raven' Landing Studio sits atop a hill with a view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. It faces west so it catches the sun late into the afternoon. We finish the day with spectacular sunsets. Point No Point beach is a destination beach just minutes away. You can walk up the hill from my home to access ten plus miles of trails for hiking or biking. The space Ravens Landing Studio is really away from it all. High atop a hill with views west of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. Miles of walking and biking trails. Fishing, kayaking, beach combing, exploring and just minutes from the Olympic Peninsula. Bainbridge Island and Kingston ferries thirty five and twenty minutes away. Excellent space for writing, painting, relaxing and dreaming. *The studio has a very comfy queenl size bed that looks out at the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. I do allow well behaved pets that do not get up on furniture or scratch. I enjoy traveling with my dog so I understand when guests would like to bring along a four legged friend. I do charge a $30 pet fee and I will request that from you as a separate charge if it’s not included when you book. Guest access There is a large deck with a gas grill out the French doors. Eating bar, mini kitchen complete with microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric tea pot, kitchen sink, dishes, spices, coffee, tea, milk, etc. Small bistro table on the back deck for morning coffee or outdoor meals. A kayak and mountain bike are available. Granola, oatmeal, milk, chocolates, granola bars and fresh fruit are complementary. Hiking and biking trails are about one half mile walking distance from my home. Point no Point Beach and Light House five minute drive away. Buck Lake swimming park five minute drive away. (Or thirty minute walk along Hansville Greenway Trail) Small grocery store and restaurant three minutes away. Nature Conservancy five minute drive away. Excellent fishing, mushroom hunting and crabbing in the fall and summer! Other things to note You can walk to the beach from here with a forty minute brisk walk through the Hansville Green Way. You can also access the beach at the Foul Weather Bluff Bird Sanctuary that is a five minute drive along Twin Spits Rd. The studio has a very comfy queen size bed that looks out at an amazing view of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound. I do allow well behaved pets but please let me know in advance and I charge a $20 pet fee. You will receive a request for this fee through Airbnb after you book.
