We've prepared a dedicated workspace away from the main living area where you can set up your laptop and attend an important business meeting or a remote learning session. Desk + Chair 🪑 Laundry Area 🧺✨ There's nothing better than returning home without a suitcase full of dirty laundry. Our laundry area is equipped with a washer and dryer, and plenty of laundry detergent for quick loads. We've also included an iron and an ironing board for your convenience. Outdoor Oasis 🌳☀️ Our large backyard features a great seating area under the patio. Enjoy the view of the magnificent pecan tree and feel free to enjoy the pecans when they're ripe in the winter! The yard offers plenty of grassy space to run around and play, perfect for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. Important Things to Note: Exterior Cameras Only: All security cameras are located outside the home for your safety and peace of mind – no cameras inside. Check-out by 11 AM Self-check-in with keypad entrance access for convenience. Cleaning fee: $120 ($95 for shorter stays). Pets Welcome! 🐾 (A pet fee will be added for extra cleaning.) You'll receive the keypad code and Wi-Fi password with your check-in instructions, also available upon arrival. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and yard space. Other things to note The house is on an irrigated lot. Irrigation occurs once a month in the winter and twice a month the rest of the year. City of Mesa sends out the irrigation schedule a few days before and irrigation time is always different. We will take care of irrigation outside without needing to disturb you, but just note that the grass area of the front yard and partial back yard may be flooded temporarily during your stay. This will not affect your accessibility to the home.
