East mountain across the street is always changing with the seasons and sun. The view of the Sunsets can be spectacular! House is set back from the lightly traveled road. Guest access This is a duplex. You will have a complete home. The 1&1/2 acre property is shared among both sides of the house. It is a peaceful setting and you will have plenty of privacy. There are 2 decks which have a common staircase to the backyard. Other things to note This is a 'Country' house. The house has well water and it is important to be conservative with water usage. I have added an additional pressure tank but it still makes sense to be non-wasteful . When using the automatic dishwasher make sure it is full. There is seldom a problem but best to be frugal if possible.Try not to let the water run unnecessarily when in use. These suggestions will greatly help with the possibility of the well running dry.
