South Mountain Resort- Studio

Nestled in the all-natural beauty of New Hampshire’s White Mountains is South Mountain Resort, a private retreat in the New England countryside. The space Studio unit has a king bed and sleeps 2. Unit also has a mini fridge, coffee maker, 2 burner cooktop, and toaster. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
