The space ****Please note the train runs by the ocean water, about 300 feet from the house, so it might bother guests who are very sensitive to train sounds at night in the master bedroom upstairs. Guest access Many attractions are within minutes of drive, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the lighthouse park. Whidbey Island is a quick ferry ride away. Great restaurants and beach access are also nearby in Mukilteo, Edmonds downtown. Seattle, Amazon campus, Microsoft campus are within 30-40 minute drive. Both 2-car garage parking with electric car outlet ready (charger not provided) and outdoor parking available and free for guests. Other things to note Our gardener comes and works around the property every Thursday morning around 11AM. He usually spends a couple of hours. He is a very nice guy.
