Owl Creek Retreat is a special, curated space tucked into the forest of SW Portland. This cozy daylight basement apartment is quiet, clean and relaxing - you'll be surrounded by giant Pine and Cedar trees, creating the perfect spot to kick back after a day spent hiking through Multnomah Falls, exploring the vibrant city, or catching up with friends and family nearby. Most mornings and nights, you'll hear a "hoot" or two from our Owls sitting in the tall trees all around you. Enjoy local coffee, complimentary house slippers and robes for chilly evenings, and the coziest bed you've ever slept in. We look forward to having you. You have private access to the entire basement apartment during your stay. The path to the Airbnb entrance is a well-lit stone path, but may be difficult for those with any mobility issues. We live in the main house but it has separate living quarters from your private apartment space. We are available should you need anything during your stay - but we are quiet and respectful of your time here. We know Portland and surrounding areas very well and can offer recommendations for anything your heart desires. The apartment is located in SW Portland, just a 3 minute drive to super cute Multnomah Village. Multnomah Village offers a great selection of popular restaurants and bars (ask us for recommendations!). Take a 15 minute Lyft/Uber to Downtown Portland. We are also very close to lush Memorial Woods Park for a beautiful hike through the forest. Parking in the neighborhood is free and easy.
