Mckenzie River Getaway - Modern Rustic UPPER CABIN

Located in the heart of McKenzie River recreation area. Private & tranquil riverfront cabin. This is the UPPER level cabin (private w/no shared connections) Vaulted living space w/woodstove & amazing river views from inside or the private upper deck outside. One comfy bedroom + cozy sleeping loft (w/2 twins) accessed by pullout ladder & another sofa bed in the Living Space. Just steps to the river. The Lower downstairs cabin is also available separately for larger groups. Only a mile to Tokatee. The space Refreshed with a NW rustic modern cabin vibe. The home has thousands of feet of river frontage on both the home side and across the river. You will not see any other homes! Very private. All the amenities you'll need to relax, refresh and recharge. The bedroom features a super comfy Tuft+Needle brand mattress! There are portable bedside fans and an additional heater also. You'll fall in love with the rushing river sounds just a few feet away. -> NEW Solo Stove stainless steel firepit and gravel outdoor eating space! The cozy sleeping loft with 2 beds is accessed by a pullout ladder and has a fun "lookout" landing area to sit and room to play games. The ceilings are low up here, but it's comfortable. The living room looks out over the river with lots of windows you can open to hear the sounds or feel the breeze. The HD smart TV is setup for movies (Blue Sky Market rents DVD's!), and there's a retro Nintendo for video games. There's a sleeper sofa here for additional sleeping and extra blankets, pillows and sheets. There is also a record player. The woodstove works well, but plan on bringing wood or buying at the nearby store. There are also games and a few books provided. The kitchen is stocked with lots of spices, salt/pepper, and other misc cooking basics. There is an oven/range, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, knife set, silverware, dishes, cups, mugs, wine glasses, bottle stoppers, crock pot and many other items for cooking a good meal. The bathroom with a tub/shower, features Public Goods amenities including body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. These products are all healthy, sustainable, eco-friendly essentials. Made with essential oils and herbs w/out parabens and synthetics. The dining room has room for 6 and is perfect for late night card games. Please respect the guests below if the lower level cabin has guests. Please be respectful of parking, to allow for other guests should someone else be staying at the lower cabin. There is plenty of room for multiple cars. Other things to note The gravel driveway is fairly steep and could be slippery in the ice or snow. Please consider this before driving down if you're unsure. Please be careful on the ladder which accesses the loft beds. No jumping or playing on the ladder. The loft is a fun space for kids and adults, but please be safe. Please also be considerate of the guests in the lower level as sound can travel through the floor to the level below. **The Wi-Fi works most of the time...but it is completely out of our control if the signal is slower than usual or turned off completely by the provider due to our cabins location & weather, fires, maintenance, etc and we cannot give refunds based on lack of internet** We will absolutely do our best at passing on any info we are aware of though before or during your stay
