On the top floor of the highest building in the residence without an elevator, you have to deserve the sea escape from the balcony and the calm provided by the distance from the road. My apartment has a large living room, kitchen, laundry room, small balcony for the morning and a larger balcony for the evening, a quiet and cool bedroom overlooking the trees of the residence, a shower room and separate toilet.
