Clark's Grove Apartment in Covington GA

Located in the Clark's Grove neighborhood, our one-bedroom apartment is 0.7 miles from the Covington square. Large windows, an open kitchen and great room give the apartment, which is on the second floor of a mixed-use building, an urban feel in this quiet neighborhood. The space There is no elevator, but a well-lit stairway provides easy access to the second-floor apartment at the back of the building. The three-story building features a total of two upstairs apartments and Salon at the Grove downstairs. A 30-foot hallway separates the two upstairs apartments, so you'll have plenty of privacy. There's a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the great room, which also includes a dining table and desk. You'll find dishes, silverware, pots, and pans along with a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven in the kitchen, which also features a refrigerator, stove, and double sink - but no dishwasher or ice maker. There are towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, and a hairdryer and iron tucked away in the bedroom closet. There's a television in the living room and another in the bedroom. Wifi and Roku TV are provided. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Guest access A shared washing machine and dryer are located in a room off the hallway that connects the two apartments. Guests have access to the shared patio area just outside the apartment building. Guests are also welcome to sit at the table and chairs outside our Live/Work Building Co. office located around the corner and across from the central neighborhood square. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot outside the apartment. The apartment is 0.7 miles from the Covington square with sidewalks all the way. Clark's Grove is a beautiful Traditional Neighborhood Development that includes parks, walking paths, a community garden, and tree-lined streets with sidewalks. You'll want to allow time to explore the neighborhood. If you're moving to the Covington area, let us know.
