Ground Floor Upgraded Victorian in Alameda 2BR/1BA

Spacious 1200+ square foot flat with lots of upgrades throughout. Charming, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeways and Ferry/BART to San Francisco. The space This is the lower flat of our 1900 Victorian duplex. It has an over-sized main room that serves as the living room on one side and the dining room on the other. There is a bar/pass through to the sizable kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you would need to entertain. Please let us know if you need anything specific since we keep many unique things stored away (Large stock pot, paella pan, beverage dispenser, etc). The kitchen is also where a desk is located if you need a spot to get work done. The master bedroom has a split king bed. So let us know if you prefer it configured as 2 twin xl beds. There is a nook attached to this bedroom for reading, dressing, crib, etc. This nook is also where the washer and dryer is located. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a 60" television. Live TV is available via DirecTV streaming. We also have several other popular streaming services available for your entertainment. Don't worry our internet service is fiber gigabit speed so streaming on the television and your own devices should be pretty smooth. The dining table has 4 comfortable chairs. There is also a matching bench that can be added to allow for 6-8 dinner guests. Guest access The entire flat is available for your enjoyment. There is a private front porch with a cute bench to relax on. The rear deck and yard is shared space, but we don't use it much. There is a picnic table and other outdoor seating so feel free to lounge or entertain out there. Other things to note If you haven’t made flight arrangements yet, consider flying into Oakland International Airport (OAK). It is more convenient than SFO to our location. We have a pack n play, a city mini stroller, high chair, and booster seats available. Also, step stools for little ones to reach the sinks. Two friendly dogs live upstairs. We bring them through the backyard for their daily walks so let us know if you aren’t comfortable with dog and we will be extra careful to make sure sure you aren’t in the yard. We have a portable wheel chair ramp for the front entrance. Please let us know if you need it installed before your visit. There is also a shower chair available.
