A charming three bedroom old coastguard cottage with views over Cadgwith Cove. Perfect for couples or families. The cove is only a short stroll away with it's beach, pub and spectacular coastal path. The cottage also has a great garden with views of the sea. Cadgwith is a pretty coastal village on the rugged Lizard peninsula with chocolate box thatched cottages, a thriving pub and it is one of the last remaining active fishing villages. The space Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining Area: Attractively furnished with stripped wooden floor, newly fitted blue shaker kitchen, dining table and chairs, electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Steps down to washing machine/dryer area. Lounge: with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and DVD player, open fire and beautiful sea views. French door leads out to garden. Bathroom: newly fitted with bath, WC, washbasin and electric shower over bath, heated towel rail. First Floor: Master Double bedroom: with sea views and a pretty Victorian fireplace. The original look-out is furnished with a chair and telescope. Twin bedroom: Two single beds.... from this room a few stairs lead down to second Twin room with one single bed and bunkbed. Garden: sunny patio and enclosed sea view garden with tables and chairs. Heating: night storage heaters and open fire. Parking: season ticket provided for the car park (approximately 30 yards away). You are able to load and unload in the lane outside the house. SPECIAL NOTES: The bathroom in the cottage is downstairs (there is no toilet upstairs) and there are a number of steep steps that may make the house unsuitable for the infirm. CHANGEOVER DAY: Changeover day is on a Friday and bookings are a minimum of 7 nights. SHORTER STAYS: We will consider shorter stays (minimum of 3 nights) from October to April. Other things to note The cottage sleeps 7 guests however there is only seating for 6 and we would therefore only recommend a maximum of 6 guests.
