Nestled on the port of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this renovated studio offers breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets with its large loggia. A short walk to the beach, shops and fish market, it combines comfort and practicality. Its retractable bed is ready for your arrival, and its sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people on request. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided for a smooth and comfortable stay. The space Studio of 18 m² with its loggia, recently renovated, it is located in the La Cap Horn residence on the sea side, on the 4th floor with elevator. A key box is present to allow autonomous check-in. Living area with retractable bed and sofa bed, table for 4 people and 4 chairs, open to a loggia running along the studio. 3 wardrobes are present in the accommodation. Eccentric kitchen open to the loggia and living room, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, sink, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster as well as all the dishes and cooking utensils to prepare meals and take them to the studio. Bathroom and Toilet with bathtub, towel dryer, hair dryer, you will also find a drying rack and cleaning accessories in the studio. In the loggia, a small table to allow you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner facing the sunset for 2. Guest access Guests can access the entire studio. Free parking at the foot of the residence, on the port or 300 m maximum. Self check-in using the key box. All check-in instructions are sent to you via messaging the day before your arrival around 7 p.m.; however, check-in is from 4 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m. max - Possibility of flexibility on schedules upon request and agreement from us. Other things to note 💡 Use of the sofa bed In some configurations, a sofa bed is available in addition to the bedrooms. This bed can be used, in particular, when the double bed is occupied in a single-occupancy configuration (one person per bed). If you would like to use this bed, please let us know before you arrive so we can provide the necessary linen. Please also let us know if you prefer the sofa to be prepared or not upon arrival or left in sofa mode. A fee of €25 per stay may be applied for the supply of linen and the preparation of the bed.
