SunRise Den is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with fabulous sea views from the downstairs terrace, the main bedroom balcony and from the roof terrace. Guests have access to the shared pool of the urbanization and the shared green area/garden. You'll benefit of all the comforts of a well-equipped house. Washing machine and dishwasher. The property is part of a complex located in the charming El Alamillo area of Puerto de Mazarron. The place really comes alive in high season due to its beauty and popularity and its even more enjoyable in quieter periods of the year if you are after a relaxing break to recharge. At SunRise Den, we value guest experience and offer peace of mind by including all extras in the price. Guests never have to worry about paying extra for AC, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels,etc. We even throw in free shower gel, shampoo, hand wash. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with washing powder to get you started and a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, worktop grill, fruit blender, all the pots and pans, plates and glassware you will need to feel like home or better. For stays 7 days and longer, we'll even leave a bottle of wine and water in the fridge for you and ice and the odd ice-cream pack in the freezer in hot weather. You'll find the property spotless and we're confident you'll rest well in our beds. For those longer stays, we provide a change of bedding and more good quality towels than you'll ever need. Even pool towels are left in for you, so you shouldn't want for anything from the moment you step in! The decor is modern, contemporary, with comfort and peaceful rest in mind but not lacking wonderful details to please the eye, the mind and the body. Some pieces of decor are executed by local artists or collected in our travels all over the world. The dining table in the living room extends to make room for everyone if needed, and it doubles as a work space when not in use. A second table and chairs on the terrace gives you options to eat alfresco or just lounge with a cocktail while absorbing the fabulous sea view. We think the views are very romantic, full spectre of colours at SunRise (hence the name), from every floor, but especially when you pull the curtains in the main bedroom first thing in the morning, without even leaving your bed! Air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, the other two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling or table top fans. Electrical radiators are available for extra heating in colder season but this is rarely required due to the weather in the area. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens for your convenience and to keep insects out at all times, we request that they are used when letting in fresh air. sun loungers, chairs, a sun umbrella for shade and a comfortable reading spot compliments the roof terrace with fabulous sea views on one side and pool views on the other. You can park just outside the property for free, plenty of street parking even in busy season. that way, you can keep an eye on your car at all times and can drop your suitcases or shopping on your terrace in less than 10 seconds from where you parked. 5 min drive to supermarkets and town centre. If you'd rather leave the car at home, a leasurily 15 min walk and you're in the centre of town with its promenade and numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Puerto de Mazarron is a pictoresc little town with many miles of beaches for every taste. There are also two beaches where dogs are allowed all year so you don't have to leave your beloved pet at home. Tip: if you can only go on one sightseeing trip during your stay, make it Bolnuevo (10-15 min by car from the house). Two sights: 1. The Gredas (very interesting rock formations) and 2 (but no. 1 in my view), Calas de Bolnuevo for the best views and holiday photos. Guest access Guests staying at SunRise Den will be able to enjoy all facilities of the property which sleeps up to 6 persons in two double bed bedroom and one room with 2 single beds. The larger than average living room has two L-shaped sofas so everyone has a place to sit and chat or watch TV. Off the living room there is a good sized terrace with fabulous sea and mountain views where guests can enjoy alfresco dinners or coffee while watching unforgetable sunrises. The roof terrace also offers sea views on one side while the other side overlooks the large pool shared by the residents of the complex. Well maintained shared gardens and the exceptionally well looked after pool are open to use by our guests until late at night. Other things to note Responsible pet owners generally are able to bring one, or in some cases two, very well behaved pets although additional charges may apply. We prefer that prior to making a booking, pet owners request approval from owner to bring a pet in order to discuss our pet policy. In general terms, we have two main expectations: 1. pets are never left unsupervised or alone in the house. and 2. pet owners are responsible of all remedial measures necessary in case of damages or cleanliness. Any issues uncovered post stay, might be reported to Airbnb.
