Rental unit in Tucson

Private 2 bedroom apartment in my quiet, residential neighborhood home. The place is centrally located to all the Tucson area has to offer while being conveniently located (within 2 miles) to shopping, grocery, restaurants and some tourist attractions. Central to both units of Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area, Downtown Tucson and Events Center, Coronado National Forest/Mt Lemmon, and highlights in Midtown area of Tucson. (Closest to Saguaro East and Sabino Canyon) The space The place has a private entrance and all described areas are for sole use of guests. A small private front courtyard offers a place for outside dining or relaxing while viewing the Catalina Mountains. Large carport has space for one car with additional space on drive. Inside you will find a cozy living area with southwest motif (with a 40 inch TV), a dining area and kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The kitchen area is fully equipped. (Note: In lieu of a full size oven, there is an Air Fryer/grill and bake oven and the stovetop is a two burner not a four burner.) There are two separate Queen Bedrooms and a full size bathroom. Heat pumps for heating and cooling are located in the master bedroom and in the living/dining area. For weather extremes this can be supplemented with central air/heat on request. Also provided are some books and materials for outdoor recreation areas nearby. For long term stays of 30 days or more, you will have access to the laundry facilities in the main house. There is covered off street parking for one car. Please note information on bedrooms below. Guest access This is a quiet, neighborhood but there is occasional noise on trash pickup day (Thursday). Other things to note Courtesy Request: Since my co-host/housekeeper has animal allergies, we try to keep this place hypoallergenic. If you need to bring a service animal on your vacation, we ask that you not book our place out of respect for our health concerns. Thank you.
