The modern dining-kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven & hob, a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a fridge with freezer shelf. The dining table seats four. Shower-room with basin and toilet. Fresh towels included. Stairs in the hall lead to the bedrooms on the upper level which have combed ceilings giving the rooms a cosy feel. The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The apartment benefits from oil fired central heating. Guest access The main door entrance to the apartment is accessed from an outdoor flight of steps from spacious south facing gardens which are shared with the owners. The apartment backs onto the main road to Cromarty, with the garden to the front kept private and sheltered by trees and a stone wall. A fence surrounds the garden pond. Off-street parking is available for one car on the gravel driveway. Other things to note Children are very welcome, but please note there are no stair gates at present.
