Min. 1 month stay; $20 extra guest fee (> 6) Relax and unwind in this 3684 sq. ft. 2 story house all to yourself in a safe and quiet gated community right next to the mountains! Centralized location to Ontario airport (15 mins away), Big Bear Lake (1 hr away), LA City (1 hr away), shopping plazas, a park, and the I-15 highway; along the path to Las Vegas (3.5 hours away)! Parking in garage driveway and roadside. No garage and 4 closet/room access. Cleaning fee negotiable for parties < 6. The space 2 story house with one large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms with a TV each, and a game room. WiFi available - name and pass are located on the router behind the first floor living room TV and in guest manual. Guest access Entire house, except for garage, and one upstairs room. Other things to note Reading and signing a rental agreement is REQURIED to satisfy local HOA rules. Guests are given a pristine place. I would appreciate if our guests left it in similar condition. Parties are allowed, but please be self-aware of noise levels and messes being made. Please ensure any messes and garbage made is properly cleaned and disposed of.
