Downtown shopping, dining, Lake Michigan and the beach are an easy walk (or use one of the four bikes provided). Looking to relax? Grab a book and hang out on the double deck or take your friends on in a yard games. Ready for adventure? Silver Lake Sand Dunes are 15 minutes south and Ludington is 15 minutes north. This home is the perfect spot for families to gather and enjoy spending time together. The space Offering the best of what Pentwater has to offer, this house is located in a tree filled corner lot with a creek running behind it. The house has been beautifully renovated and has plenty of room to stretch out in. Stocked with all the amenities you will love on your vacation you can walk in and relax. Looking for some beach time? It’s a short walk so grab some beach towels (provided) and the beach wagon and head out (check our bookshelves for a beach read). Thinking about checking out town? Take one of the four bikes and ride into town for the afternoon. The outdoor double deck features a grill, dining table (that seats 8) and plenty of room to hang out around the fire table. We offer several outdoor games for the back yard. Perfect place to make some summer memories. Inside the house you will find a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of room to make a meal. We have two living areas for extra hang out space which is perfect for families. Both spaces have smart TV’s. The bedrooms (two up, two down) have comfortable beds and cozy bedding. The full bath upstairs has a tub and the downstairs bathroom has a spacious shower. We are kid friendly with a mini crib, highchair, dishes, toys and games to entertain the littles. Guest access Guest will have access to entire house.
