Spend time with your loved ones in this family-friendly property. The apartment is idyllically rural 12 km from Altusried. Access is via the shared stairwell. From the bedroom with a large bed you go into the bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a large dining table. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. The village shop and the village inn with very good food are 1 km away. All major supermarkets are about 10 km away. Guest access You can play in the garden at any time. There is a trampoline. Playing on the pirate ship is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. We also have a hobby room with table tennis, table soccer and darts. There are also a few board games, Pixibücher and puzzles available for free use. Access is via the staircase through the garage. ATTENTION: Unfortunately, the hobby room is currently unusable due to water damage! Other things to note Center Park is only 5 km away. In winter, with sufficient snow, a groomed cross-country trail runs directly behind our house. In addition, an even larger cross-country trail and a groomed toboggan run for all ages are 2 km away.
