The entrance has a smart lock that allows self check-in if necessary. It's important to send your documents before check-in to register in the building. In the living room, you will find an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a bed if necessary, as well as some books to learn a little about Colombian culture and a designer copper lamp with indirect lighting in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from a two-burner stove, microwave oven, and mini-bar fridge, to utensils such as a blender in a glass, pots, plates, cutlery, and a coffee machine to accompany you during your stay. In addition, the custom-made dining room features beautiful local solid wood and 4 bar-type chairs. The room is very cozy and complete, with a great view of Bogotá, a double bed with hotel-quality bedding, a well-distributed closet to store your personal belongings, an office with a special chair and bedside tables with lamps. The decoration includes pieces made by Colombian artists and artisans, typical of Bogotá. The living room and bedroom windows have blackout curtains and solar screens for added comfort. The building has a wide range of services, such as a gym, coworking room, game room with pool table (pay per use), laundry with washers and dryers (pay per use) and a terrace on the top floor with a 360-degree view of the city. Parking is also available (pay per use) and bicycle storage. Guest access The building has 24/7 doorman and surveillance service. The apartment is reserved and to facilitate access, we also have a smart lock door, and an exclusive access code that will be created and shared especially for you before your arrival. For your safety and following the building's protocol, it's mandatory to share documents before arrival to pre-register at the front desk. Registration will be requested at check-in to enter the building.
