Rental unit in Bangor

The guest space is upstairs in this 19th century colonial: Separate entrance, laundry, two private guest rooms that share a bath, living room and full kitchen. Wi-Fi included. We are close to two hospitals. This listing is for Guest Room 1. Single occupancy preferred. The space We are less than 2 miles from the mall area with shopping and restaurants. We are less than a 20 minute walk from the downtown area with restaurants, shopping and clubs. Guest access Guests will have access to only the upstairs. They will enter through a common foyer and go upstairs. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a livingroom and a bathroom/laundry. This listing is for one of the bedrooms. We are owner occupied and we live on the first floor. Guest will have a parking space in the driveway. During your stay We live in the downstairs of the house. Guests have a separate private entrance through a common hallway. We are available most of the time, but you don’t have to see us at all if you want privacy. Other things to note We prefer single occupancy reservation. Hosts will clean the common space when it is shared. On-street parking is banned over night in the winter. Please see city website
