Welcome to a clean, fully furnished 3BR/2BA single-story ranch home designed for extended stays. Ideal for relocation, corporate housing, and insurance/displacement stays; plus families visiting SoCal attractions (Disney, Knott’s, beaches). You’ll have the entire home and private yard to yourselves (garage excluded). Fast Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable layout that works for real day-to-day living. The space ENTIRE HOME (NO SHARED SPACES) The entire house and premises are reserved exclusively for you and your traveling party (garage excluded). While I do not live on-site, I live nearby and can assist within minutes if needed. Unlike many listings, this home is not split, subdivided, or shared in any way—it is fully private for your use. GARAGE NOTICE (NO ACCESS) Important: The garage is not available to guests. It will remain locked and inaccessible for the duration of your stay. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD / NO PARTIES Important: This is a quiet residential neighborhood and the home is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings. We host guests who want a peaceful, respectful stay. ⸻ THE HOME • 1,516 sq ft single-story ranch | 3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms • Open concept kitchen / dining / living • Fast Wi-Fi (1Gb service; typical 300–600 Mbps) • 75” Roku TV in living room + 55” Roku TVs in Bedrooms 1 & 2 • Central heat & A/C + whole-house fan • Laundry room with washer/dryer • Air hockey table • Private enclosed backyard with covered patio, gas firepit, and seating ⸻ KITCHEN (FULLY EQUIPPED) 5-burner cooktop, wall oven + microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stocked basics for longer stays (pots/pans, plates, utensils). Small appliances include Keurig + drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, food processor, and rice cooker (availability may vary). ⸻ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, ensuite bath, desk/workspace, blackout curtains • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Bunk bed + twin bed (great for kids) Guest access ACCESS / PRIVACY / PARKING • Entire home is yours during your stay (no shared lot; no split property). • Garage is not available and remains locked at all times. • Driveway parking is provided. Please do not park at the curb. • Keyless entry with a unique access code provided prior to arrival. • I live nearby and can assist quickly if needed—interaction is as much or as little as you prefer. Excessive noise, extra guests, or rule violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies. ⸻ SECURITY & NOISE MONITORING DISCLOSURE For safety and neighborhood compliance, the property has outdoor-only security cameras covering entry points and exterior areas (front door, driveway, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut noise monitor is located in the dining area. It does not record conversations—it only measures decibel levels to help prevent parties and protect quiet hours. Tampering with any monitoring devices is not permitted. ⸻ STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a starter amount of essentials upon arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic soaps, and coffee/tea items. For longer stays, guests typically replenish supplies as they would in a normal home. Optional mid-stay housekeeping or linen refresh may be available for an additional fee—please ask for details. ⸻ NEIGHBORHOOD NOTE Neighbor dogs may occasionally bark (e.g., delivery trucks or street activity). Closing windows and doors typically minimizes this. ⸻ WATERFALL FEATURE The backyard waterfall feature may be turned off during summer months due to water conservation requirements. ⸻ CANCELLATION POLICY We maintain a Strict Cancellation Policy.
