The LARGE bedroom has gorgeous 4 metre HIGH CEILINGS, oak flooring, stained glass windows, Victorian shutters (fully restored), fireplace, period arch-way and cornicing, large KING-SIZED bed with fresh bedding, large wardrobe with hangers, desk/dining table with chair, Samsung Full HD TV with free NETFLIX, FAST WI-FI and your own PRIVATE SHOWER and w/c, complete with toiletries. The bedroom is very quiet and tranquil, and is warm on colder days. You also have access to the brand new kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher and multiple ovens, free NESPRESSO , and you can use fridge, plates, cutlery, pans to prepare meals. This is truly an EXCEPTIONAL space for your visit. As an added bonus, the apartment has a unique history, having been owned by Joseph Edgar Boehm, the famous sculptor of Queen Victoria and Duke of Wellington. Guest access You have your own private bedroom. You also have your own private bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. Both rooms can be locked when you're inside. You can also use the kitchen to prepare meals, do some laundry, and you can help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee with NESPRESSO machine. During your stay You will have your own key to access the flat and you can come and go as you please. Noone will go in your room or bathroom. I completely respect your privacy but am happy to help you with any information or assistance as needed and am always available. I work from home often but am also out a lot for business meetings. I am a Londoner born and bred and know plenty about where to go and how to get around! I work with start-ups and help business grow. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about the world. Other things to note - Guests are expected to keep 'regular' hours while staying. If you are coming to London to party, then this is not the apartment for you. - No smoking, heavy drinking or other substance abuse inside the apartment. - Shoes to be taken off inside the apartment please. - Since I often work from home and have neighbours I expect guests not to have loud music/noise in their room. - Strictly no overnight guests in the flat please, the room is for single occupancy. - For safety and protection, the person checking in must be the person named in the booking. - The door key you will be given is a special security key so please be careful not to lose it as the replacement cost is £100.
