BIO_001 Travel and work with ease

Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as BIO, is a renovated building operated by Batonship LLC. It is located in a complex called "Kita no Kita Nagaya", which consists of 13 sections of offices, stores, and accommodation facilities. A row house is a simple building that shares a wall with the next door, and is a type of collective housing where each unit has its own separate entrance. This traditional Japanese dwelling has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the region, but is declining year by year due to aging and other reasons. However, there are still many longhouses in the Kinki region, especially in downtown Osaka. "Kita no Kita Nagaya" is a new method for the revitalization of Osaka Nagaya. It has been carefully renovated with earthquake resistance, insulation, and soundproofing, and the first floor has been reorganized mainly into a store, the second floor mainly into accommodation, and part of the first floor has been reduced to provide a common garden that can be used for events, etc., making it a facility that is loved by the community. There are 5 BIOs. Each BIO retains as much of the building's old elements as possible and is reproduced with natural materials in different design themes. Find your favorite among the five units and make it your own travel base. The space BIO_001 is a tidy designed room with a bedroom, washbasin and kitchen in one space. Relax and unwind after your trip, cook, or do some light work on your computer - all in one room. There are many comics Japanese manga and travel books from the host's collection. Other things to note * About your estimated arrival time. Please let the host know what time you plan to arrive by the day before your check-in date. * Please take off your shoes at the entrance. The slippers at the entrance are for outdoor use (there are other disposable indoor slippers) * About respecting silence. The walls are very thin because the building is an old wooden building of unknown age. Therefore, please be quiet at night and use earphones or headphones when watching videos or making phone calls. * About smoking. No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco (including mini balconies and shared gardens). There is a smoking area next to the property. Please let us know if you are a smoker and we will show you the location. * About sorting garbage. Please separate garbage into beverage containers such as bottles, cans, PET bottles, and other items. If the trash can is full during your stay, please move the full trash bag to the indoor side of the 1st floor entrance and let us know by message (please do not take out the trash outside) Disposal of large luggage such as suitcases and strollers requires a separate disposal fee in addition to the accommodation fee. * Only guests and their companions are allowed to enter the room.
