Perfect house for a couple with kids. Located in a subdivision in Calvados 14 km from the sea. The space We offer our primary residence for rent during our summer vacation. It is a charming 120 m2 house in the heart of Calvados 5 km from Caen and 13 km from the sea and the landing beaches ( Ouistreham, Luc sur mer...) , the Caen memorial, the landing museum and the Pegasus Bridge 10 minutes from the house but also the magnificent city of Cabourg 15 minutes away, the castle of Caen, or that of William the Conqueror in Falaise, the second favorite monument of the French. You can come and stay with family or friends and discover the beauty and richness of the history of Normandy. This house has all the necessary equipment for everyday life, we leave all our equipment including all the children's toys. You will feel right at home here. This detached house belongs to a recent subdivision, it has a south-facing terrace with a garden furniture and a barbecue in an enclosed garden of 200 m2. Also a playground that will delight children. Inside, on the ground floor you will find a large living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils. The living room is equipped with a convertible corner sofa. Always on the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed, it is equipped with a cinema. Also a first bathroom and toilet with Italian shower. The garage will be accessible to you as it contains the washing machine. Upstairs,  two children's bedrooms ( one with a single bed and the other with a crib and changing table) as well as a second bathroom WC with corner bathtub.  You will have TV as well as Wifi. Linen is provided (towels and sheets). Two private parking spaces will be dedicated to you just in front of the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is allowed exclusively outside. Guest access The accommodation is rented in its entirety. Only one room will be private in which we will keep our belongings. Other things to note A deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival. You can give it to us by check or cash. A cleaning fee of €100 is offered.
