Immerse yourself in small town charm with a stay in our beautiful, cozy apartment. All are welcome, including well-behaved pups (max 2) – our sidewalks and historic village are perfect for long walks. The apartment sits above our living space and features a private entrance on the side of our home. The space Our 1853 home is full of old home charm with modern updates. Our carriage house is our work studio and you may see us outside working. The apartment features a private entrance, a full kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a pull out couch in the living room. While our space is best suited for 2 people, 3 are permitted with use of the couch as a bed and we’d be happy to make it up for you. Ample plugs are provided for charging and working in addition to a smart television. Our small dog lives on the premises, but is very friendly to both people and fellow pups. We include all basic amenities and stock up with high-quality goods including products from our own little shop, Almost Local located on the village green. Guest access Guest access is permitted in the apartment and the larger of our two yards with the firepit and adirondack chairs. Unfortunately due to misuse, having a fire at the pit is no longer available for guests. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and on our property per our insurance. Noise levels must be kept down outside past 9pm. Other things to note Our TV is a smart TV, and does not include a cable package. Guests may log into their own personal accounts. Please note, in order to access the apartment you must climb a flight of indoor stairs – it is well lit and features slip-proof paint and a railing. Please take your time climbing the steps. We are a non-smoking property. No exceptions. Registered guests only – please respect this. Our driveway only allots for one car. Please plan accordingly. Village lots are available for use.
