Come and relax in your home away from home. Quiet, residential neighborhood, close to 70/75 in beautiful Englewood, Oh. A walking/running path is at your back door or you can visit one of our many beautiful parks with hiking paths close by. This unit is also close to several local businesses, hospitals, and sights to see. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located in Englewood/Union, OH. The master has a queen bed, the second bedroom is a twin over full bunk with a trendle bed under the full. Full bathroom and laundry room are upstairs with both bedrooms. Half bath, well-appointed kitchen, dining room and living room are downstairs. All bedrooms have tv's. High speed wifi, water, and electric provided. If you are building, buying, selling, moving, relocating or just here on a contract job, all you have to bring are your toiletries, food and clothes. Everything else is provided. Keurig coffee maker, crock-pot, pizza cutter, wine bottle opener (and wine glasses), pots and pans, baking dishes, etc. are all here to make your extended stay more comfortable. Guest access We have keyless pads for entry, we will send you a code a few days prior to your arrival. You can enter the code or you can download the app and use your smart phone to lock and unlock your doors. If you need to receive personal mail (bills, tax statements, etc.) please arrange to have them shipped to you via UPS, FEDEX, or arrange to have them forwarded to a local PO Box (which you acquire prior to your stay). Other things to note We are minutes from 70 and 75. Close to several nature preserves and beautiful parks. Multiple businesses, hospitals, and shopping areas are within 5-10 min. drive. While we do allow animals we have a 2 - animal -max policy. We also ask that you pick up after your fur babies so that lawn care can be provided.
