Room available in private home in quiet scenic neighborhood. Walking distance to beautiful Wildwood Park in Thousand Oaks. Located 1.1 miles from California Lutheran University, 5.2 miles from the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, 5.4 miles from Amgen Corporate Headquarters in Newbury Park and 25 miles from Pepperdine University and the Pacific Ocean and beaches in Malibu. The space If you like to walk or hike, this is the place for you! The house is literally just a few steps away from beautiful Wildwood Regional Park with it’s miles of hiking trails. From the patio you can see Wildflower Playground and Playfields along with it’s public tennis courts and basketball court. Guest access You have access to your room, private bath which is located directly across the hall from your room, shared kitchen, laundry room and backyard patio. During your stay I have a very changing and flexible work schedule, so sometimes I am here often, and sometimes I'm gone most of the day. When I’m here, interaction is mostly up to you. Other things to note I live here alone with my dog Fergus, an Aussie Doodle who thinks he's a watchdog. He's actually very harmless, pretty well-trained and friendly after he gets to know you. Being a big dog lover, I occasionally dog-watch another dog or 2, and they're all trained and friendly.
